For shipping within the US: $2.99 for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book in US dollars. For shipping to Canada or Mexico: $3.99 for the first book and $3.50 for each additional book in US dollars. For other International shipping: $8.99 for the first book at $7.99 for each additional book in US dollars. I ordered the book, when will I receive a copy of the book? All books are shipped via USPS first class air mail and will arrive in approximately 3-14 business days depending on your location.
